About Our Founder
Run With Reach (RWR) was born out of a simple yet powerful realization: offshore IT solutions needed to be done better.
Ashlee Aldridge, Founder & CEO of the rapidly growing management consulting firm Reach Partners, was leveraging overseas resources to help drive large-scale enterprise transformations for her clients. During this process, she identified significant gaps in the quality and efficiency of these solutions. She was also deeply unsatisfied with the working conditions and treatment these employees often endured.
“As we worked with offshore vendors, we quickly recognized a significant gap in the quality and efficiency of these solutions. There had to be a better way to do offshore managed services—better for the businesses we support and better for the people delivering those services,” said Ashlee.
Instead of demanding her managed-services partners to do better, she decided to take it into her own hands and build the IT-managed services team that she’d want to work with—and from there, Run With Reach (RWR) was born.
RWR was founded with the mission to not only leverage global resources but also to integrate cutting-edge technology, artificial intelligence (AI), and decades of shared industry experience from Ashlee and her team. RWR delivers solutions that truly support businesses and their people.
